Her role is to bring clarity to the numbers, the sequence, and the tradeoffs before anyone signs the wrong contract.
Kathie handles the solar side — system sizing, production estimates, and how the project fits with roof condition, detach-and-reset timing, and Austin Energy incentives. If the roof needs work before panels go on, she coordinates both so nothing falls through the gap.
